⚠️ 🚚 Delivery Information - We provide a standard delivery window to keep pricing efficient for all customers, which is 1–4 hours before your selected start time. If your event requires a time-sensitive or exact arrival time, we offer a reserved delivery window upgrade for $75 that must be selected on the quote form due to added coordination and scheduling adjustments.
⚠️ NO APARTMENT COMPLEXES ALLOWED - It is usually restricted by community management and property regulations.
⚠️ PARK SET UP - INFO - If your event is located at a park, you must select the park setup option under the surface section on the quote form. Park setups are subject to a $200 fee. Park events require strict arrival and pickup windows, additional coordination, and schedule adjustments to meet park regulations and timing requirements.

- if renting more then 1 inflatable you need 2 different outlets on different circuits or you can rent our generator
- if you have a gated fence there must be a 42" clearance at minimum for most of our bigger inflatables, make sure to measure this as well.
