How far in advance should I book?
Weekends fill up 2–3 weeks ahead, especially in spring and summer. Weekday and last-minute bookings are often available with a day or two of notice — call to check same-week availability.
What's included in the price?
Delivery, setup, the blower, and pickup are always included in your quote. There's no separate "setup fee" tacked on afterward — the price you're quoted is the price you pay.
Do you set up on concrete, pavers, or turf — not just grass?
Yes. We anchor with stakes on grass and dirt, and use water-barrel or sandbag weights on concrete, pavers, and artificial turf, so driveway and patio setups aren't a problem.
What happens if it rains on my party day?
Florida weather is unpredictable, so we offer free rescheduling for rain within 24 hours of your event. We call the morning of if conditions look questionable, rather than leaving you guessing.
How much yard space do I need?
Most standard bounce houses need about a 15×15 foot flat area with roughly 2 feet of clearance on each side. Water slides and combo units need more — we confirm the exact footprint when you book.
Is the blower or generator included?
Every rental includes the blower. If you don't have an outdoor outlet within 100 feet of the setup spot, let us know and we'll bring a generator for an additional fee.
Do you stay on-site during the party?
No — you host, we deliver and pick up. We leave a direct line in case anything comes up, but most parties never need to use it.
Are your units cleaned between rentals?
Every unit is sanitized and inspected for tears, seam issues, or valve problems before it leaves the warehouse — not just wiped down on-site.
Can I book more than one unit for the same party?
Yes — combining a bounce house with a water slide or adding tables and chairs is common for bigger events. Let us know everyone's ages and guest count and we'll suggest a combination that fits your yard.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Fort Pierce, Palm City, and Jensen Beach. If you're just outside that area, call to ask — we sometimes cover nearby addresses too.
