⚠️ 🚚 Delivery Information - We provide a standard delivery window to keep pricing efficient for all customers, which is 1–4 hours before your selected start time. If your event requires a time-sensitive or exact arrival time, we offer a reserved delivery window upgrade for $75 that must be selected on the quote form due to added coordination and scheduling adjustments.
⚠️ Holiday Weekend Pricing - Due to increased demand and extended service requirements, holiday rentals are subject to a 20% holiday service fee.
⚠️ NO APARTMENT COMPLEXES ALLOWED - It is usually restricted by community management and property regulations.
⚠️ PARK SET UP - INFO - If your event is located at a park, you must select the “Park Setup” option under the surface section when completing your quote. Park setups are subject to a $200 fee due to the additional logistics involved, including strict arrival and pickup time windows, limited access for delivery, the use of sandbags instead of stakes for proper anchoring, and the requirement to carry additional insurance coverage. This ensures our team can properly coordinate, comply with park regulations, and complete your setup safely and on schedule.
